I started training with Natalie back in August when lockdown restrictions were lifted for the first time, unfortunately due to the inactivity and dislocated shoulder it was hard for me to train on my own and make proper progress.

While over the past 4 months: she listened to everything I had to say and adjusted our workout routine accordingly, she pushed over my limits (by managing to make me hip thrust 100 kg which I never thought I would be able to do in my life) and gave me support 24h a week both with my training and diet which highly improved my strength, stamina and muscle mass.

I’ve worked consistently with Nat for the last three years.
